CLASP the Carers Centre

CLASP the Carers Centre is a small Leicester based charity providing support to carers in Leicestershire and Rutland.

Spectrum CS first came into contact with CLASP as they were about to move premises. CLASP required their new offices cabling and their computer system relocated and reinstalled.

An initial visit was made to establish requirements and the new premises were surveyed to confirm the exact location of equipment. Cabling was installed prior to the move day and a plan agreed to ensure a seamless a switchover as feasible.

The computer system was up and running within 24 hours, albeit without Internet access, as the telephone company had not been similarly efficacious!

System Management

Spectrum CS now manages CLASP's system on a regular basis assisting with, amongst other tasks, producing the statistics necessary in order to ensure continual funding.
